District staff typically use SDS products every day, for most of the day.  The more competent they are in the use of SDS, the greater the potential for leveraging technology to enhance productivity.

 

SDS trainers are experts in SDS products, as well as being familiar with best practices employed by a large number of school district clients.  The experienced SDS trainers offer their services through a number of delivery methods and venues:

  • During initial system installation, training is provided either at the SDS training facility, or the client site;

  • When new product features are introduced each client is given web-based training on the new features to help ensure that their organization takes full advantage of the new functionality included with the release; and

  • When new employees are hired by the district, SDS provides training on the SDS systems to be used by them.  This training is offered by web, or in person, based on the needs of the district.
