SDS delivers enhancements to all applications on a regular basis, as part of the annual maintenance services.  Priorities are established in consultation with client Product Advisory Groups.
 
After rigorous in-house testing, enhancements are beta-tested at select client sites.  When general release is announced, clients are notified of the install date at which time the release is installed automatically on all client servers. 
 
Post-installation training is provided remotely to assist clients to take advantage of the new features included in their applications.
